Meet Lowri

There has always been one question that has fascinated me....
What allows us to become the fullest expression of who we truly are?
I grew up in North Wales, surrounded by music, storytelling, folklore and a culture that taught me that imagination matters. Creativity wasn't just something you did; it was a way of understanding the world.
That curiosity led me to train as an actor at drama school, where I discovered the transformative power of stories and the many versions of ourselves we can inhabit. It eventually led me into psychology, where I wanted to understand what helps people overcome fear, navigate change and create meaningful lives.
Over the last two decades I've worked as a psychologist, therapist, lecturer, researcher and writer. I've supported hundreds of people through some of life's most challenging moments and contributed to national conversations about wellbeing through the media, writing and public speaking.
But my own life has never followed a straight line.
I've continually experimented with different versions of myself. I am a mum, a wife, a daughter, sister, friend and mentor.
I've stepped away from secure careers to build something that felt more aligned. I've returned to creativity through writing, acting and theatre. I've become an entrepreneur. I've learned that success without meaning isn't enough, and that the most fulfilling life is one that honours both your ambition and your authenticity.
My Philosophy
Today, my work brings together everything I've learned, not just through psychology, but through creativity, storytelling, positive psychology, self-expression and the courage it takes to begin again.
I believe every woman carries a spark: a vision of who she could become and the contribution she is here to make.
Sometimes that spark has been buried beneath responsibility, self-doubt or years of putting everyone else first. My work is about helping women rediscover it, and having the courage to build a life around it.

What Clients Say
" Lowri helped me find the light again after years of hiding away. I had such low self-confidence and would avoid most opportunities to showcase my ideas. That didn't last long after my sessions working through the SPARK programme. I can't thank Lowri enough for her steadfast belief in me, she helped me find the courage within myself." Karla B.
